Dear Researchers,<\/p>

The Alevi Encyclopedia is a digital platform dedicated to providing accurate and comprehensive information about Alevism. Its mission is to preserve and convey Alevi culture to future generations by presenting it within the conceptual and emotional framework of the Alevi society. This platform aims to safeguard, promote, and share the history, culture, and beliefs of Alevism with broader audiences in a holistic and accessible manner.<\/p>

The primary objective of the Alevi Encyclopedia is to offer the Alevi community and the global public with a reliable, multifaceted source of information, enrich Alevi cultural memory on a scientific foundation, and protect it against external interference. In doing so, it seeks to establish a lasting knowledge platform and serve as a point of resistance against the multifaceted manipulations and erasures targeting Alevi culture.<\/p>

We warmly invite esteemed academics and intellectuals to contribute to this historic endeavour. You are welcome to prepare entries in your areas of expertise, following the guidelines provided in our writing manual, and submit them for inclusion in the Alevi Encyclopedia. Your contributions will play a vital role in preserving and transmitting the Alevi heritage for future generations.<\/p>

2025-2026 Publication Period Content Submission Dates<\/strong><\/p>

The encyclopedia is published periodically based on open calls for submissions. If approved, entries are published within approximately two months after the deadline.<\/p>

The publication timeline for 2025\u20132026 is as follows:<\/p>

  1. Entry Period: July 2, 2025 (Completed)<\/p><\/li>

  2. Entry Period: October 5, 2025 (Completed)<\/p><\/li>

  3. Entry Period: January 15, 2026 (Completed)<\/p><\/li>

  4. Entry Period: April 15, 2026 (Completed)<\/p><\/li>

  5. Entry Period: July 15, 2026 (Submission deadline: June 15, 2026)<\/p><\/li>

  6. Entry Period: October 15, 2026 (Submission deadline: September 15, 2026)<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    The language for submissions is either Turkish, English or German<\/strong>.<\/p>
