            3. Technical Team<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              1. Supporting Alevi Institutions:
              <\/strong>The encyclopedia was initiated by the invitation of R\u0131za \u015eehri Academy<\/strong>, with support from various Alevi organisations. The Academy is key in maintaining relations with other Alevi institutions, publicising the project, and ensuring its financial and logistical infrastructure.<\/span><\/p>

              2. Editorial Board & Scientific Advisory Board:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

              • The Editorial Board<\/strong> is independently responsible for organising and managing the publication process. It also supervises the establishment of the Scientific Advisory Board<\/strong> to ensure that the Encyclopedia maintains rigorous academic standards and gains international recognition.<\/span><\/li>
              • The Scientific Advisory Board<\/strong> consists of subject-matter experts who are consulted for their specialised knowledge in areas beyond the Editorial Board\u2019s expertise. When they have time, its members may voluntarily contribute to the project through joint meetings, symposiums, and workshops.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                3. Technical Team:<\/strong><\/span>
                \u00a0The Technical Team<\/strong> is responsible for developing and maintaining the website and preparing visual materials for the project.<\/span><\/p>

                How Does the Alevi Encyclopedia Engage with Academic and Intellectual Circles?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

                The Alevi Encyclopedia<\/em> is envisioned as a long-term online knowledge platform<\/strong> that will gradually expand its content. It seeks to engage academics, graduate students (Master\u2019s and PhD candidates), and researchers<\/strong> in Alevi Studies and related disciplines<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

                To foster intellectual exchange, the project aims to organise annual symposiums and workshops<\/strong> to create collaborative spaces for scholars. Additionally, the encyclopedia seeks to be featured in academic conferences and platforms<\/strong> to reach a broader contributor base.<\/span><\/p>

                In future stages, the project plans to:<\/span><\/p>

                • Expand the Editorial Board<\/strong> to include an international team<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>
