Fiziksel oldu\u011fu kadar tarih boyu epistemik \u015fiddetin de hedefi olan Aleviler, \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli zul\u00fcmlere maruz kalm\u0131\u015f, inan\u00e7 ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini asimilasyona kar\u015f\u0131 koruma m\u00fccadelesi de vermi\u015flerdir. \u0130\u015fte tam da bu noktada, <strong>Alevi Ansiklopedisi<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 tarihi bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u015eiddet Sarmal\u0131nda Aleviler ve Bilginin Tahakk\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Anadolu\u2019daki ilk \u0130slam devletlerinden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar Alevi inanc\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a reddedilmi\u015f ve s\u00fcrekli bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Aleviler, bir yandan zorla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmek istenirken, di\u011fer yandan s\u00fcrekli ve yo\u011fun bir \u015fiddet politikas\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131ndan 1937-38 Dersim katliam\u0131na kadar s\u00fcregelen bask\u0131lar, 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren farkl\u0131 i\u00e7erikler ve bi\u00e7imler kazanarak devam etmi\u015f ve yine Alevi katliamlar\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevilerin inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafyalardan pogromlarla s\u00f6k\u00fcl\u00fcp at\u0131lmas\u0131, b\u00fcy\u00fck kentlere ya da yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlanmalar\u0131, inan\u00e7 mekanlar\u0131na ve m\u00fclklerine el konulmas\u0131, ar\u015fivlerinin gasp edilmesi ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n deforme edilmesi, zorunlu din dersleriyle Alevi \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n asimilasyona tabi tutulmas\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok haf\u0131za silme i\u015flemi, mevcut bask\u0131lar\u0131n sadece bir y\u00f6n\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1993 Sivas katliam\u0131, 1995 \u0130stanbul-Gazi ve -\u00dcmraniye katliamlar\u0131 ve Dersim\u2019in zorla bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 (1994), Alevi toplumunu beklenmedik bir \u201cAlevi Uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201dna s\u00fcr\u00fcklemi\u015f ve Aleviler h\u0131zla hem Bat\u0131 Avrupa hem de T\u00fcrkiye genelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmi\u015ftir. Alevi ibadet mekanlar\u0131 olarak <em>Cemevleri<\/em> ve akabinde \u015fekillenen federasyonlar ve vak\u0131flar, bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n omurgas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki <em>Cemevleri<\/em>, Avrupa\u2019daki Alevi diasporas\u0131n\u0131n da deste\u011fini alarak, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 tecr\u00fcbe aktar\u0131m\u0131yla birbirini beslemi\u015f ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Alevi toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, uluslararas\u0131 siyasette Alevilerin akt\u00f6rle\u015fmesine kap\u0131 aralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcrecin en \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131, AB-T\u00fcrkiye ili\u015fkilerinde pek\u00e2l\u00e2 g\u00f6zlemlenebilir. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019ne tam \u00fcyelik i\u00e7in aday olarak kabul edilen T\u00fcrkiye, 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131m m\u00fczakerelerine ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, Alevi toplumu, tan\u0131nma ve demokratik hak taleplerini dile getirebilecek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir siyasi platform kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Avrupa ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Alevi kurumlar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki gayr\u0131-resmi etnik ve dini az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirmesini hedefleyen politikalar\u0131n desteklenmesinde \u00f6nemli roller oynam\u0131\u015f ve artan uluslararas\u0131 siyasi ve akademik ilgiyi de \u00fczerine \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alevi Ansiklopedisi\u2019nin Gereklili\u011fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevi toplumu, demokratik hak talepleri m\u00fccadelesinde engellenme, susturulma, zorla bask\u0131lanma ve kovu\u015fturma gibi engellerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131rken, bug\u00fcn AKP eliyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen sistematik bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme ve manip\u00fclasyon politikalar\u0131yla da y\u00fczle\u015fmektedir. \u00d6zellikle \u201ca\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlar\u201d s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcniversitelerde kurulan \u201cAlevilik-Bekta\u015filik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezleri\u201d arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla bilin\u00e7li ve sistematik bir bilgi erozyonu hedeflenmektedir. AKP\u2019nin \u00e7er\u00e7evesini \u00e7izdi\u011fi \u201c\u0130slamc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir Alevilik\u201d in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131n ciddi bi\u00e7imde hedeflendi\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenmektedir. Son olarak, K\u00fclt\u00fcr Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde kurulan \u201cAlevi-Bekta\u015fi K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Cemevi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d merkeziyle beraber <em>Cemevleri<\/em> ve di\u011fer Alevi kurumlar\u0131 hedef al\u0131narak sosyal-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetlere de m\u00fcdahale edilmek istenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siyasi tansiyonu y\u00fcksek bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, son on y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye ve Avrupa\u2019da \u201cAlevi akademileri\u201d b\u00fcnyesinde hayata ge\u00e7irilen \u00e7e\u015fitli giri\u015fimler, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131 olarak da de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Uluslararas\u0131 akademik camiada <strong>Alevilik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 (Alevism Studies)<\/strong> sahas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fmas\u0131yla, Alevi akademisyenler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Alevilik \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ciddi bir uluslararas\u0131 akademisyenler ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 da ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu birikimin, bilimsel y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7larla, g\u00fcn\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve gelece\u011fin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen beklentileri ba\u011flam\u0131nda Alevilik hakk\u0131nda temel bir ba\u015fvuru kayna\u011f\u0131 haz\u0131rlamalar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alevi Ansiklopedisi<\/strong>, Alevi toplumunun kendi tarihine, inanc\u0131na, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ve haf\u0131zas\u0131na kendi diliyle ve duygular\u0131yla sahip \u00e7\u0131kma iradesi olarak anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r ve bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle \u00e7ok de\u011ferlidir. Devletlerin ve d\u0131\u015fsal akt\u00f6rlerin Alevilik haf\u0131zas\u0131na ve bilgisine y\u00f6nelik manip\u00fclasyon, yok etme ve zorla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme giri\u015fimlerine kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir i\u00e7eriden-bilgi \u00fcretimi giri\u015fimidir. D\u00fcnyada da az\u0131nl\u0131k ve yerli topluluklar\u0131n y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 kolonyal ve d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan yakla\u015f\u0131mlara kar\u015f\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131larla olan ili\u015fkilerini \u201ckendi kaderlerini tayin etme ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6neti\u015fimine dahil olma\u201d yoluyla yeniden \u015fekillendirmektedir. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, bilgi-politikalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilikten ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 derinden etkilemi\u015ftir. Alevilerin kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini yine kendi kavramlar\u0131, anlam ve duygu d\u00fcnyalar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinden tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 ve gelecek nesillere aktarmas\u0131, bu anlam\u0131yla tarihi \u00f6nemde bir geli\u015fme olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevi Ansiklopedisi, bu anlamda, Alevi toplumunun elinden ve dilinden s\u00fcz\u00fclerek derlenmi\u015f tarihsel ve g\u00fcncel bilgilerin, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ve toplumun ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6zetilerek d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f i\u015flevsel bir bilgi-aktar\u0131m\u0131 platformu olmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, Alevilik \u00fczerinde farkl\u0131 ajandalar\u0131 ve planlar\u0131 olan d\u0131\u015fsal akt\u00f6rlerin manip\u00fclasyonlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir epistemolojik \u00f6z-bilgi kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Alevilik tarihi, sosyolojisi, antropolojisi, folkloru, co\u011frafyas\u0131, teolojisi, siyaseti ve di\u011fer temel boyutlar\u0131yla Alevilik ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini d\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne, 21. y\u00fczy\u0131la ve \u00f6tesine ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 hedefleyen Alevi Ansiklopedisi, Alevi toplumuyla birlikte nefes al\u0131p verecek uzun soluklu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da olacakt\u0131r. Yeni ku\u015faklarla birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fcme, yeni bilgilere kap\u0131 aralama imk\u00e2n\u0131 da sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevi Ansiklopedisi giri\u015fimi, ayr\u0131ca, y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar, konferanslar, seminerler gibi kamusal etkinliklerle akademik-entelekt\u00fcel \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 Alevi kamuoyu ve akademi d\u00fcnyas\u0131yla payla\u015farak g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi de hedeflemektedir. Alevi toplumu i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok-dilli ve \u00e7ok-k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6zeten, Alevilik yelpazesini b\u00fct\u00fcn boyutlar\u0131yla resmetmeyi hedefleyen ve bug\u00fcne kadar yok say\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Alevi topluluklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nceleyen bir bilgi platformu olarak da de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alevili\u011fi tarihsel ve toplumsal bir k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 olarak ele alan bu giri\u015fim, Alevili\u011fin insanl\u0131k k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7erisindeki \u00f6zg\u00fcn konumunu anlamak, Alevilik hakk\u0131nda bilgi edinmek isteyen herkesin, \u00f6zellikle Avrupa diasporas\u0131ndaki gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar\u0131n, ba\u015fvurabilece\u011fi \u00e7ok dilli bir bilgi kayna\u011f\u0131 olmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.
