The Second Pirs and Anas Workshop, organised by the Alevi Encyclopedia, will take place in Dersim on 5–6 September 2026.
The workshop will bring together representatives of Alevi spiritual traditions and scholars to discuss the plurality of Alevism, the experiences of different paths and traditions, digital knowledge production, archival initiatives and current academic research. The programme will feature presentations on the Alevi Encyclopedia, the Alevi-Bektashi Digital Archive and the Alevi Archive, as well as a panel devoted to the Path, traditions and continuity.
